| Main Plan Alright. So the plan is to go to Anime Expo 2009! Since at the current moment there isn't much information on the Anime Expo 2009 other than the date and the place, I'm going to have to leave this section out, and fill it in as we go. :] 
Badge Plan You, have the responsibility to get your own badge, you can pre-order it now and have it ready for you, or you can pre-order late and wait in the pick-up line, or register once you get there, but you must be aware I take no responsibility for getting your badge for you Sorry, I love you but I don't want to have to deal with that, so you are going to have to figure it out. We might work out a group pick-up or something, but I WILL NOT pay for your badge or pick it up for you. Period. Hotel Plan eh. Talking about the hotel here once we find out which one we are going to stay at! :D Hopefully the Holiday Inn again, as it is the closest hotel. Although I will go into how we are going to try and cram like. 4 people per room, rather than 10 this time. I know this will make the hotel more expensive, but it will make it a hell of alot less crowded. So let's try and make it not suck kay? Food Plan Seeing as we did decently well on food in '08, I say we do the same strategy for AX09 and just buy bunches of food, and post it on the forums so we can see what we have and what we don't, so other can adjust their buying plan accordingly. Carpool Plan The carpooling in '08 worked out well, so hopefully we will be able to do the same in '09, unless one of us plan on driving or something. Since we did miss a lot because of hotel checkout and stuff. ;( The Buddy System Mkay. So, since the hotel is a block or so away from the Convention center, we need to come up with a kind of Buddy System so that when someone wants to go back to the hotel early, they arent walking alone. you are not allowed to walk around alone outside of the building I cannot stress that enough. I love you guys and I don't want crap to happen. So find a buddy and tell me so I can create the amazing "buddy system" and it will be great. Also, your buddy will probably be ther person you are sharing a bed/air matress with. (I wonder if we can get 3 on them. ) Anyways. Contact me and tell me A.s.a.p.
